  • Copyright of the images remains the property of Janet Wright Photography.

    Janet Wright photography reserves all rights to display, reproduce or transmit images for the purpose of promotion including use on the web, in print or any other means currently or subsequently available

    Licenses of use are NON EXCLUSIVE unless agreed in writing.

    We thrive to show our images as they are, but there can be colour variations between how they appear on your screen and the printed image

  •
    Our preferred method of payment is by PayPal.

  •
    All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of PayPal payments clearing (please note that electronic queues can take up to 10 days to clear).

  • In the unlikely event that your photographs/files are damaged on receipt, please notifiy us as soon as possible.

  • Returns will only be accepted if returned securely wrapped in the original packaging.

  • Please send returns by recorded delivery. Janet Wright Photography can not be held responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Refunds will be limited to the cost of the image/file and will not include the cost of postage, including the original dispatch costs, unless the fault is caused by Janet Wrights Photography. Subject to your statutory rights.

  • No addition to, deletion from or alteration to or adaptation of an image may be made without the written permission of Janet Wright Photography.

    While Janet Wright Photography takes all reasonable care in the performance of this agreement generally, they shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer or by any third party arising from use or reproduction of any image.

  • The reproduction by whatever means of the whole or any part of any image is strictly forbidden without our specific permission.

  • No reproduction rights are granted by virtue of delivery of images unless expressly indicated.
  • The customer agrees to indemnify Janet Wright Photography in respect of any claims or damages or any costs arising in any manner from the reproduction without proper reproduction rights of any image supplied to the customer by Janet Wright Photography.

  • Your right to reproduce an image arises only if the licence terms are agreed.

  • You must satisfy yourself that all necessary rights and consents which may be required for reproduction are obtained and that the use of any image is not obscene, indecent, libellous or unlawful.

  • Janet Wright Photography make no claim or warranty with regard to your use of content, names, text, people, trademarks or copyright material depicted in any image and you will indemnify us in respect of any claims, damages, costs or expenses we incur arising from the use of any image supplied to you.

  • Reproduction rights (if granted), unless otherwise agreed in writing are:-
    1) subject to these terms and conditions and any terms and conditions set out in the licence,
    2) non-exclusive reproduction rights for single use only.
    3) strictly limited to the use stated in the licence
    4) personal to you and not assignable by you to any third party.

  • If you wish to use images on web sites, Please inform us when you order and we will be happy to supply a licence.
    Images used MUST be clearly marked © Janet Wright Photography u.k preferably beneath the image. (We will be happy also to do a link exchange with you! Please supply us with the web site address so that we can have a look.)

  • Where permission is granted for use on a web site, copying or offering the images for sale will constitute an infringement of copyright and Janet Wright Photography reserves the right to claim any damages that may be due.

  • Our failure to exercise or enforce any of our rights will not be deemed to be a waiver of such rights nor bar their exercise or enforcement in future.

  • Janet Wright Photography reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
